Beautiful dress, terrible return experience
We ordered two dresses for my daughter for homecoming knowing we would need to return one of them. The website states you can make returns but must pay shipping costs. The dresses took weeks longer to arrive than the shipping time stated. They did not arrive in time for her dance. We had to find another option. Homrain has a strange return process. You have to email them and then go through a series of emails where they offer to give you a minimal review or coupons for their website. Terrible return experience that is on going. The dress quality was very nice and we actually decided to keep one to use next year because it was so beautiful and fully lined.
