I only signed up for a free test phase to try their AI tool. It didn’t work properly, so I canceled right away and asked for a refund. They never replied. Almost a year later, they charged my card again without permission – for a full year subscription I never agreed to. Their “support” uses a Hotmail address and ignores all messages. No refund, no help, nothing. This is clearly a fraudulent business model – they lure people in with a test phase, ignore cancellations, and keep charging your account. Avoid this company at all costs. They operate under different names and likely from Asia, hiding behind fake contact details. Pure scam. Do not trust them.
