My daughter was very unhappy with the way the school was organized. The biggest issue was that the teachers, were not native English speakers. During the interview, we specifically asked about the nationality of the teachers and were told they were native speakers from the UK or USA. That turned out to be false. Even worse, the teachers were clearly not prepared and did not interact with the students. There was no engagement, no structure, and no real effort to support learning. After just four sessions, our daughter said, “I don’t even know what this is.” She was confused and frustrated. My husband paid over $1K upfront, including around $300 for administration and enrollment fees. Initially, we received an email saying only 30% would be refunded, after my reaction, another email saying $50 would be refunded and eventually, we received nothing at all. The principal called to say that if we paid for the entire year, they would refund everything. That made no sense. Why would we pay more after already canceling? If they couldn’t refund $600, how could we trust them to refund $7,000? It’s a truly unfair situation. My husband decided to walk away, but I feel it's important to leave honest feedback. I already contacted the Ministry of Education in Singapore and Florida depart. of Education especially since I’m not even sure where this school is officially located.
