Communications is excellent. Brian is undoubtedly the best customer service person I have ever worked with. Shipping was quick. The bow itself is much more than I expected. I own several Huntingdoor bows. They are definitely best value for the dollar. I will continue to look to Huntingdoor for my archery needs.
