Poor poor service and quality
Really not happy with my order. It’s taken ages to come. I got the birth stone bracelet. I ordered 5 stones but there is only 4 on it ( one was for my still born daughter and I can only presume as she was born the same month as one of my other children’s stones then they decided to not add it ) The bracelet looks cheap and is tiny, would not fit a child. It is also broken as the clasp will not open at all. Absolute waste of money ! The Olivia email keeps bouncing back also. Don’t waste your money. The 5 star views have to be fake !
