Stay Away. Faulty products, customer support ghosting.
Bought the keyboard last year in December. Cost 30$+ in shipping + took 3 weeks to arrive but I didn’t have a problem with it. Around half a year later the first problems started: two keys wouldn’t respond, only randomly after clicking clicking it sometimes 10+ times. It was the 1 key which I use fairly often and the 7 key which I almost never use, so it couldn’t have been an issue caused by using it too much. I continued using it though because I really liked everything else about it. Now, the space bar has also stopped working properly which is an actual problem because I obviously can’t write any text like that. Since there is a 1 year warranty, I contacted customer support who got back to me 2 days later, even apologizing for the late reply. After following up with order number they requested a video which I sent a day later (September 30). Since then I haven’t received a reply, even though I did message them again twice to it couldn’t have been accidentally overlooked. There’s tons of reviews like that, seems like they really just sell faulty products and then ghost their customers. Doesn’t just seem like a questionable practice but also illegal. Not worth pursuing anything of course, just throwing it into the trash. Please don’t buy.
