Hair not in stock & delayed shipment
I ordered my salt/pepper crochet hair on September 10th. I have yet to receive it. The hair was never in stock. I reached out to QVR weekly seeking an expected date of arrival. They kept asking for more time, then coincidentally it ran into their National Holiday which is a whole week at the beginning of October. It’s October 9th and I still don’t have my merchandise. I cancelled my hair appointments due to I couldn’t get the hair installed. They not once tried to accommodate me by reducing the price.
