Alibaba ignores dangerous product issues — no customer protection
I bought a custom outdoor sauna through Alibaba Trade Assurance (Order 200398818501024418). Water is leaking inside the electrical installation → serious electrocution risk. The sauna is unsafe and unusable. I paid around 10,000 USD including shipping and installation. Alibaba has had all evidence for months (photos + video clearly showing the internal water leakage). They keep replying with the same message: “Escalated to the senior team.” But still: ❌ No refund ❌ No accountability ❌ Supplier still allowed to sell on Alibaba I posted video evidence on YouTube so other customers can see the danger. Search: “⚠️ Alibaba sauna — water in electrics 💧⚡️ dangerous! No refund 😑” How can Alibaba claim to protect customers if they ignore life-threatening safety issues and take no action? I will keep updating this review until a full refund is provided and Alibaba finally takes responsibility.
