If Frustration Had a Name, It Would Be This Company

Oh, where do I even begin? If there were an award for “Most Useless Customer Service”, this company would win hands down — no competition. I bought an Amazon gift card thinking it would be simple. You pay, you get the code, you use it. Easy, right? WRONG. The code arrived already locked, like some kind of exclusive VIP code that even I, the person who paid for it, wasn’t allowed to use. How thoughtful. Naturally, I reached out to Amazon, expecting help. Instead, they politely passed the problem like a hot potato and said, “Talk to the company.” So, I did. Over and over and over again. I sent proof, screenshots, receipts — basically handed them the entire case on a silver platter. And their response? 🦗 Crickets. Or worse — when someone finally replied, they managed to be rude on top of being useless. Imagine being stuck with a locked code, no refund, no replacement, and then getting attitude from the very people who messed it up. Iconic, truly. Days later, I still have no working code, no money back, and no proper solution. At this point, I don’t even want the gift card anymore — I want a time machine to go back and never buy from them in the first place. Their idea of customer service seems to be: 1. Take your money. 2. Give you a broken code. 3. Ignore you. 4. Sprinkle in some rudeness for flavor. Honestly, if you enjoy stress, disappointment, and feeling like you’re shouting into the void, this is the company for you. But if you value your sanity, run — don’t walk — away. ⭐ If I could give zero stars, I would. Actually, they owe me stars, money, and a sincere apology.
