Honest and first ever review of a product.
I am on my second month of taking daily lignosus sachets and I felt the time was now right to give an honest review. I had Lung infection and pleurisy previously. Never smoked. But developed a constant cough. It was part of my day. And wouldn't go away. I purchased 3 month supply of lignosus and the difference is profound. My cough has all but cleared. My swallow is much better. It's such a difference. I didnt think it would help but I'm delighted I'm back to myself again. I take mine straight from the sachet, and then take a little sip of water after. It's been a turn around for me. I would honestly say it's helped a great deal with what was a daily and constant cough.
