Terrible customer service. Still haven't received dress. Its going on 3 weeks. It is not even that far from NC.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a dress on 9/22 expedited and its still sitting in NJ since I finally received tracking on the 3rd. Then they said they can't give a full refund for the $20 expediting shipping fee. What??? Will never buy from them again. Homecoming has come and gone. Hoping my daughter can wear this dress for another occasion. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from here.
