Have better customer service
You can improve by not requiring a customer buying a ticket, to sign up for your mailing list!!! I lost my ticket because it was a requirement for receiving it and I logged out. Shame on you. Oh, and don't make me sign in with Google, Apple, or any other data gathering services!!!
