Do NOT buy from this company!!
I have been emailing this company for a month now. (Since October 7th), regarding a refund. I purchased an item that did not fit, in return, the company offered a partial refund and a coupon code to purchase something else in their shop. No thank you. I simply wanted my money back. (I offered to return product, however, shipping was atrociously more expensive than the product itself). In the end, after bellyaching over $44, I had enough, because I knew I wasn’t going to get my refund. Apparently, this company dislikes the negative reviews and will bargain with you to take your negative review down in exchange for your refund. That right there was my “refund.” If you go in their company’s website, it will say first hand, the customer “always comes first.” Well, if that were the case, maybe you should listen to your customers. This was and is no way to run a business. You cannot bribe customers into changing their reviews in exchange for their refunds. Do NOT buy from this company; it’s not worth it. Buy local or within the U.S.
