Out of the box great product had zero issues apart from network sending. Once the updates rolling in it got worse new issues every update and as more came out they were not fixing the new issues from previous update. There is a major fault in the print head where the wiring goes into the print head it comes apart and you can see sparks in the dark but I had that repaired at my cost as I was told to go to jaycar where I purchased it and they wanted the unit but had none to replace it with an unknown frame time so I opted to pay for it to repair. Constantly having to level the unit every print gets tedious even reprinting the same file and last time and if I do not level the hot end typically ends up pushed into the build plate and destroying plate and snapping hot end. I am currently down a total on 12 hotends from this issue and from first prints after an update costing $600+ to replace as Elegoo say go to place of purchase and they just operator error. Also out a total of 6 build plates I still use some that the hot end attacked just don’t print in that area. So far not one issue has been resolved ever and have spent more on the unit than I paid brand new just for parts to keep running.
