Order #135147 Shipping Issue, no communication
Order #135147. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication, and the delay on the shipment from lacemade. It has been more than a month now since i have placed my order, the package had arrived in my country over 2 weeks ago and i still do not have it delivered. I made the purchase for a wedding I'm going to and have placed the order well ahead of the wedding, but now it is the week of the wedding and all I got delivered was a great disappointment. I have emailed them 5 times as of now to ask if there are any issues and for any assitance, all i got was silence and no replies. I don't often order online, but this was one of the places I heard a lot of good about and was actually so excited to get myself something. I was going to order more, as i liked so many things on the website, but now I'm so disappointed that it's unbearable to even look at ads of this store. I'm praying that my order gets delivered in the next to days.
