i had trouble with understanding what the ios product was capable of retrieving - NO trouble w the software itself. i contacted CS.Aria was outstanding in being patient while i sorted what i wanted to accomplish, and how. i mistook the Windows recovery program for the ios program. She was very patient while i had my brain freeze!
