I am a frequent customer who purchases from your store often, but I have some concerns regarding my experiences. First, the shipping process is very slow. Additionally, I have bought multiple sealed cases and many individual diecast models from Auto World, but I have never received a chase car. I wanted to share this feedback regarding your shipping times and product distribution.
