Utter crap
Utter crap. Delays, pending, endless requests for further information on a very simple transaction of GBP15 for an Amazon gift card for a friend in India. Made to feel like a criminal up to no good for no reasonable reason. Asked for my passport details and selfie. The transaction was legitimate, low-cost and from reliable long standing financial institution and payment method, VISA card of 10 years good standing. Avoid.
