Excellent Communication
I purchased some items from LookHealthyStore on 4/17/25, to be shipped to me in the USA. On 4/23/25 they emailed me about shipping delays due to them needing to change the logistics transportation company because of the new US tariff policy, and provided me my new tracking number. Even with that delay I received my package on 5/3/25. I really appreciated that they took the initiative to change the companies they worked with to help me and other US customers get our packages quickly, and they they were proactive in communicating with me. It was my first purchase with LookHealthyStore, and I was very relieved and comforted that they did that. All products came in perfect condition (purchased Girlcult eyeshadow palette [~$40] and lip gloss [~$19], and a QianYan eyeshadow palette [~$43], which qualified me for free shipping).
