Process is a bit long but it worked
The agent from Fonus is very helpful. She answered all my questions clearly and resolved all issues that I encountered. I didn't give 5 star mainly because of 2 issues that made the entire process a bit lengthy. First is the problem of showing 647 & 705 as area codes available in Ontario when there's no more phone # that can be allocated. Second is the problem with sim card not being able to connect to service provider for more than 30 minutes, almost made us think that it was defective. Nevertheless, the final outcome is satisfactory and I am thankful to Ursula for her guidance.
