great experience
I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. I didn't have an appointment, but they still managed to get me in and out in a very timely manner, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was the communication. They weren't just professional; they were personal and honest. Instead of just handing me a bill, they walked me through their suggestions and explained exactly what my car needed versus what could wait. It’s rare to find a shop that feels this transparent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work and a team you can actually trust!
