I called to get a copy of the monitoring certificate, on July 28,29, 31 & Aug 3, 2026; I have made 4 phone calls and still I have no certificate. You really get the run around when you contact ADT. People in other countries do not comprehend what you are requesting and so on. You do not receive call backs when alarm is going off. This company is very unprofessional, but they offer nothing for free.
