Very disappointing customer service
I bought a lamp from this store, and it arrived defective. It simply didn’t work. I immediately contacted customer service and provided all the pictures and videos they asked for. Since then, I have been waiting for weeks without any clear update or solution. It’s extremely frustrating that the store takes so long to handle such a simple issue. I feel ignored and disappointed. I would not recommend buying here unless they seriously improve their customer service and take responsibility for their products.
