LIS-SKINS

SCAM ALERT! They Steal Your Money & Violate Your Rights. STAY AWAY!

I am writing this review to warn every potential user about the fraudulent and illegal practices of the LisSkins website. My experience was not just a simple glitch; it was a clear violation of basic consumer rights and Russian law. Here is what happened: 1. I found a desired item for Dota 2 and paid for it in full using my bank card. 2. The transaction went through, but the item was never delivered. Instead, the site showed an error and told me to "read the agreement." 3. Instead of refunding my money back to my card, as any legitimate business would do, they FORCIBLY deposited the funds into my internal website balance. 4. The same item at that price is no longer available, making it impossible to complete the original purchase. They have effectively trapped my money. This is not a "convenient feature"; this is a SCAM TACTIC. They are holding my funds hostage, forcing me to spend money ONLY on their platform. This practice is known as "imposing a service" and is explicitly prohibited by Russian Consumer Protection Law (Article 16.2 of the ZоЗPP). According to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Article 487), if a seller fails to deliver a pre-paid item, they are obligated to refund the full amount to the source of payment, NOT to store credit. What does this mean for you? · Your money is not safe. If a transaction fails, LootSkin will NOT return it to your card or wallet. · They violate your legal rights. They ignore fundamental consumer protection laws. · They practice deceptive retention. They create a false "balance" to lock you into their ecosystem and force you to make another purchase. Their "User Agreement" is likely filled with illegal clauses designed to protect them, not you. No legitimate marketplace operates this way. I have sent a formal pre-lawsuit complaint and will be filing reports with Rospotrebnadzor (the Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Protection) and potentially taking them to court. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY. This website cannot be trusted. They engage in deceptive practices and openly violate consumer laws. There are other, more reputable platforms to use. STAY AWAY FROM LIS-TSKIN!
