I wish I had checked reviews prior to my purchase. I got duped. I ordered a blazer and a pullover sweater. The items are not as they are described on the website (which said it was “Talbots” merchandise) once checking out it was not. The product is shabby and misleading. Attempting to get a refund I am just getting the runaround. I have sent multiple pictures of the package with SKU of tracking and jacket. They repeatedly ask for the same things I have already sent and once said they couldn’t open the photos and to send again. It should be up to them to open the email photos. $95.00 down the drain. I plan to contact my Credit Card company and ask for a “charge back” very very dissatisfied and disappointed and angry.
