Dress Arrived Weeks Late
I ordered a gold dress from Homrain and paid $37.99 for expedited 3–8 day shipping because I needed it for a specific event. Unfortunately, the dress didn’t arrive in time — it took several weeks to arrive, long after the event had passed. I reached out to Homrain and explained the situation, including proof that the shipping was delayed, but they refused to refund either the dress or the expedited shipping fee. The dress itself is low quality, which I expected for the price, but my main concern is that I paid extra for a service (expedited shipping) that wasn’t honored. I eventually had to file a dispute with my credit card company for “service not rendered in time,” which was resolved in my favor. I would not recommend ordering from Homrain if you need your item by a specific date. Response to homrain: No, it did NOT arrive on time. I paid $35 for it to come within a certain time . It took 3 weeks to arrive. In fact, I got an email saying the shipping was late after my event already happened.
