This company is deceitful
Update to Cleanomic reply: I did send an email with TRUSTPILOT in the subject line on July 1. Today is July 6. I have not had a reply to that email. Original review: This company is deceitful. I recommend that you don't use them. I placed an order in January 2026. In April I received an email that my subscription order, which I never asked for was being shipped. I called and told the agent that I don't have a subscription and that I don't want any Cleanomic supplies. I was told to cancel my subscription online. My online account said I don't have a subscription. Calling, again, the agent canceled "my subscription ". I received a shipment in July and was charged for a subscription order. I contested the charge with my credit card company and canceled my credit card so Cleanomic couldn't charge me any more. I received a text yesterday from Cleanomic thanking me for "the order I placed a few days ago". I had not placed an order. When I called Cleanomic about this recent "order" the agent said there was no order placed.
