No returns are offered. DO NOT ORDER FROM FREELADY! Ordered 2 pair of high waisted jeans. Finally received after 2 weeks. Jeans are poor quality, too small and too short. I have reached out for process to return. Update Company offered me a 20% coupon. I asked again for a refund. No direction on how to return the products. Latest update the company suggested I give away the unsuitable products to family or friends. Or sell them. Stating that it will require too much effort for the return. This time they offered $12 and a 20% coupon.
