Lost My Account becasue of TOPUPLive
I purchased a $60 pack, and they sent me $100 pack instead. After their mistake they refunded the currency and I lost my account as a result. I asked them if they could offer any compensation for their mistake and they couldnt even offer me a $5 subscription and instead said they can only give me the $60 of currency I orginally paid for which is no compensation. All i got was what i paid for and I lost my account with over 10 limited characters as a bonus.
