The Site doesn't treat its users with respect. Time wasted going through their "surveys", only to be booted out after 15, 20 min, and nothing to show for it. Flagging issues with their site or app isn't acknowledged. Or if it is, it's treated with contempt. The report tickets never get resolved, or at the very least
