On 03/09/2025, I placed an order for a Crompton DS 500 Mixer Grinder with Order No. 91009900889022 and made an online payment of ₹2100+. However, the company has neither dispatched the product till date nor provided me with any proper information regarding the same. I tried to reach on email and on customer care number which seems impossible to reach. greenwebsoftwaredevelopment is its associate company in whose account the fraud money goes, Strict action must be taken against it also and i am filling case in Consumer court to get back my money.
