Poor return policy
Delivery was ok and fast but ... product did not perform as expected, so I asked for a refund. Not possible, simply because the item had already been used, as stated by Customer Service. In the early days of web shopping this was a common 'web shop attitude' but later forbidden by EU law. A customer has the right to test the item and return it in case it does not perform or does not meet expectations (with the item in original state and packaging). After all, such a device can be reset and is not a consumable.
