I ordered the wrong case (my fault, of course) but politely ask to swap it for the right one and got no answer. While I understand that this was originally a mistake I made, I would have expected at least an explanation or reply and got none. Be careful when you order. UPDATE: They contacted me, told me that they were on holidays and didn't see my email, apologized and offered a refund, which is obviously a much better response. Thanks, and I appreciate your professionalism.
