Initially when my order was placed I immediately became skeptical, considering this was my very first time purchasing hair online, and with QVR. While searching the website, I was very excited and felt like I found hair that was natural looking, and fitting for my personal needs. Once the hair was received, I reached out to QVR’s customer service support to obtain knowledge about my the hair I had purchased. I immediately received a response about my inquiries about the hair. Throughout the entire communication with QVR, my questions were answered in a timely manner, QVR stood by their product and their word, which eased the situation and my initial feeling of being skeptical. The matter at hand was resolved. My overall experience was nothing short of amazing. Outstanding customer service is very challenging to receive nowadays, my experience with QVR was very pleasant.
