Miss advertising and fraud
I overpaid because they advertised the refund will be 80% of the price. In reality they just refunded me £7.92 and it took 4 months to process £7.92 refund. Such a fraud. Miss advertising and no shame. The airline and the website are working together just to rob your bank account. This is my first time using this and I will never ever use it again. So is the airline, Air Asia. They have a lot of bad reputation and it was my fault trusting them. If I could give 0 star, I definitely would
