Disappointed With Mystery Box
I recently purchased from AMIRO and joined their “BOGO Mystery Box – Free Luxury Beauty Tech Gift (Up to $319 Value)” promotion. The main product (R3 Turbo) arrived, but I haven’t tested it yet. The issue is with the mystery box — I received a NanoMist Oxygen Hydrate Infuser that seems to be worth around $10, which feels misleading compared to the “up to $319 value” advertised. Customer service confirmed the box includes only one random item but didn’t offer any fair solution. I hope AMIRO improves transparency and customer care in the future.
