Does NOT honor express delivery promise
The website promises “express” delivery between 3-5 business days. Well, I placed my order on Oct 17 but my estimated delivery is Nov 4. If they had notified me of a delayed delivery date, I could have made different plans. Customer service does not respond to specific questions, so there’s no help. UPDATE 10/29/25 in response to QVR comment Tracking for hair still shows Nov 4 as estimated delivery date. This is not express, and the tracking is for the U.S. Postal Service not DHL OR FedEx. I reached out and got a generic response which did not address my concerns. I want others to be aware of their deceptive shipping tactics to trick people.
