Product Functionality and Support
I was somewhat skeptical about the product during the research and purchase. I was concerned, as most, about the validity of the company and their products. This application was the second attempt to correct a password issue within Excel. I purchased the desired product, installed and used it. I was overwhelmingly surprised when it worked. PassFab for Excel prevented the loss of many hours of development time, which would have doubled the effort if I would have had to start over. PassFab also eliminated delaying the beta testing. Additionally, I contacted support regarding product upgrades. PassFab responded to my request within hours. PassFab also provided a very favorable solutions to my upgrade situation. My experience with PassFab has been a pleasurable experience and has gained my recommendation. Continue provided useful products and great support.
