Failed WhatsApp Transfer and Subpar Customer Service
My objective in purchasing this application was to execute a complete and reliable transfer of WhatsApp data from my iPhone to a new Samsung S25 Ultra. Regrettably, the utility failed to meet this fundamental requirement. The final outcome of the transfer process was identical to that achieved using the free Samsung Smart Switch tool: only a partial restoration of chat history. Given that I paid for a specialized solution, I expected a level of performance that fully overcomes the limitations of the native, no-cost options. Furthermore, the customer support experience was highly unsatisfactory. My attempts to resolve the transfer issue were met not with human assistance, but with an ineffective AI agent that merely repeated basic, public knowledge. When a paid service does not function as advertised, responsive and competent human support is essential. The current support system adds frustration rather than value.
