Brian, from the Catholic tours was incredibly rude and took advantage of booking by not mentioning certain things. We didn't want the insurance but told us we should have looked at the fine print. We only had 3 weeks to do that.Every question we had, he would refer us to a certain page. He needs to move to another position or be fired. There was very little time to go to the restroom at the stops and no time to shop for souvenirs at most places. When you spend 5,000 $ plus that is ridiculous. All we did was hurry, hurry, hurry.
