Borderline Fraudulent
Terrible customer service. The website is fraudulent and forces unwanted purchases. Customer service tried to convince me that my order was purchased, placed, and shipped in 30 minutes, therefore it cannot be canceled. Ridiculous and borderline fraud. Be very aware when purchasing from their website and be very leary of their customer service.
