ordered a t-shirt that arrived with holes in it. I contacted customer service and their response time was pretty quick. After a few emails back and forth they re-sent the t shirt. Tracking was vague but didnt take long to arrive. 2nd tshirt was in perfect condition. Fabric feels soft and good quality although havent washed it yet.
