I will provide 0 star if I could. Nobody should use this platform. Background: • I purchased a 4-day group tour package for $662 per day (total $2,648). • I was placed in a group tour with other travelers who paid significantly lower rates, including $157/day, $200/day, and $300/day. • These travelers received the exact same hotel accommodations, meals, transportation, and service itinerary as I did. I understand that prices may vary; however, the extreme discrepancy (up to 76%) between what I paid and what others paid for identical services is not reasonable or justified. There was no value-added benefit to justify the overcharge. This situation constitutes an unjustified overbilling, not merely dissatisfaction with pricing. I have made every effort to resolve this matter with the tour company, but my concerns were disregarded, and my ability to leave an honest review was blocked.
