The absolute WORST
The absolute WORST. I spent $98.20 on two dresses that looked nothing like the pictures—other than the fabric pattern. I initiated a return the same day I received them, well within their ridiculous 7-day return period. They refused to honor it. Instead, they offered me $10 “compensation” because “you need to pay shipping fee for returning which takes too much. We don’t recommend that you do this for the customer’s consideration.” Excuse me? For my consideration? Then they told me shipping would take too long anyway—even if I did pay for it! WHAT A SCAM!!!
