POOR IN EVERY DEPARTMENT
Non existent customer service I called 10 number from their website, many didnt work and NO ONE answered a single call. I also tried calling their parent company Fraser Group -again no answer Had to resort to posting on X (Twitter) complaining about the lack of service. Was told that I couldnt return an item as it was a day late (it was a BDay present), even though I wanted to get a larger size! Unhelpful, inflexible, poor customer service. I WILL NOT USE THESE GUYS AGAIN or any FRASER GROUP COMPANY
