I had a difficult time getting my first order( lost in the mail), but when I contacted the company, via e-mail, Kyra, on the Customer Experience Team went to work and had a replacement order sent out the next day! I’ve received my lip balms and tried one out ( the rest are Christmas gifts). I loved it! It’s nice and smooth, you don’t need much, and it doesn’t dry out on your lips or get gunky!
