As a picture book author doing offset printing for the first time, I was wary of many things. However, Coco put me at ease with her quick responses, her keen eye, and her careful communication. For example, there was a very light streak of black that my illustrator had accidentally placed in the corner of one of the illustrations. We could barely see it on the digital files, but Coco and her team pointed it out and we were able to fix it quickly. From the time the files were approved to when the 3000 books arrived here in South Carolina, it was only two and a half months. The books look beautiful and arrived very safely packaged on the pallets.
