I bought a Launch X431 IMMO to do work as a DIYer. That's pretty much my business as I flip cars and find work wherever I can. I finally, after about a year decided to try and make a key for a car that I was going to sell. I wanted to give the customer 2 keys instead of only 1 and making them purchase 1 somewhere else. That's when I found out that my X-Prog-3 would not be recognized by my tablet. I thought that would be an easy fix, little did I know that I wouldn't be able to contact anyone to help. The one time I did make contact with someone, they told me to use the tablet messaging function to communicate. Only, the messaging function doesn't work and because the subscription expired, the tablet doesn't even log into their system anymore. I would gladly buy another subscription, if they could get my unit to work, but it's IMPOSSIBLE to get any service out of these people. Another company told me that their too busy making clones of other products and selling them as something new. ?? DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! IF YOU DO, WHEN YOU NEED HELP, YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GET IT!
