Unresponsive Support and Weeks of Repeated Delays – Still No Replacement
Repeated Delays, Ignored Emails, and Still No Replacement I’ve been waiting weeks for a replacement for my defective contacts (Asa Green −1.50). The company made me destroy the item by cutting the lens in half, sending proof, and confirming my prescription and address multiple times, yet they’ve asked me for the same information over and over again. I even followed every instruction, including attaching photos, confirming my address, and requesting a second pair (Neala Green −1.50) as compensation for the repeated delays. Despite all of that, no shipment has been confirmed. At this point, I’ve documented everything and escalated the issue. The lack of organization and accountability is unacceptable.
