Poor value-cost ratio, lying support!

Edit: After reading their reply to this review, I would like to change my rating to 0 stars!!! They claim to not have received my support email, and that the problem was with my payment provider, both of which is a blatant lie! I can state with 100% certainty that there was NO PROBLEM with my provider — in fact, my provider confirmed the payment every time, but it was declined on Livecards' end, something which is further substantiated by the fact that the payment went through eventually (same card, same process, same everything). Also, I received a confirmation that stated that they had received my email. PS! I re-registered for a new account after my first six attempts were declined, which is probably why they "can't find" those attempts, but I used the very same contact information and the very same credit cards, so it only goes to show how incompetent they are. And they're still liars. Stay away! Original post (still applies, of course): Every payment was declined, trying different cards and Google Pay. Support never replied. Tried again four days later. Declined three times again, then my payment suddenly went through. However, I still didn't receive my code for Xbox Essential, which, by the way, is still called Core on Livecards. No Xbox products at all showed up through Search on their site, so I had to use Google to find it. I waited a long time to receive my code, but then they all of a sudden asked for a copy of my credit card, which I relucantly provided. I finally received my code an hour after that. So, a four-day wait, no live support, no reply on my support email, and I was charged an additional payment fee. The few bucks I "saved" by choosing Livecards simply wasn't worth it, as I spent two hours adding different credit cards, trying different payment options, and trying to get in touch with support. As a freelancer, that means $120 in lost earnings to save $2-3, so I see no reason to use Livecards ever again. In addition, I was unable to unsubscribe from their onslaught of promotional emails. Unprofessional, slow, unresponsive, a non-functioning website, and a horrendous value-cost ratio.
